Next week's schedule, Week 5, starting Monday, January 30, for preseason.
Monday: 3:30 -4:45 Lifting, conditioning
Tues: 3:30-4:30 conditioning, 4:30- 5:00 lifting
Weds: 3:30-4:45 Lifting, conditioning
Thur: 6:30-7:30 AM Sticks, 3:30-4:30 conditioning, 4:30-5:00 Lifting
Friday 6:30-7:30 AM Sticks
Sat/Sunday: Coaches to Meet at Notre Dame
Note: 1. In school PE for athletes credits 3 lifting sessions and 1 conditioning session.
2. Monday, weds lifting/conditioning with Kyle Ray and Coach Qualls counts as 2 lifting and one conditioning session if player does the sessions until the football specific drills start.
3. Each player is expected to prepare for the season with 3 lifting and 3 conditioning sessions per week and we would like everyone to attend the stick sessions on Thurs and Friday this week unless in a winter sport.
4. Again, we will collect records for the workout from the players for weeks 4 - 6 at the end of week 6.
We appreciate all the players that have shown dedication to be prepared to be successful. We are seeing good improvement and are pleased with the progress.
